Remote work has dramatically shifted the workplace landscape and has become our new normal. The change in workplace composition also requires a shift in strategy to hire, build and lead remote teams. How do you find high-quality remote workers? How do you coach remote teams to be high-performing when working across regions, cultures and age groups?
Through a neuroscience lens we will dive into how to hire and optimize communications amongst a diverse and/or distributed team to increase productivity and strengthen team culture.
