Using an experiential method, practice how to effectively collaborate in the workplace.

This experiential workshop provides you an opportunity to engage in puzzles and riddles to develop critical thinking skills and build an understanding of group dynamics. You will utilize your problem solving, communication and decision-making skills and debrief your experience in a group setting.

In this session, we will help you:

  • develop creative problem-solving skills to translate into the workplace
  • understand two critical thinking strategies
  • identify how individuals’ values impact decision making
  • learn to guide a team through a decision-making process

This session is led by Cory Coletta, Manager, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Seneca and career coach. This is the third workshop in our Management and Leadership Skills series.
