Explore the concept of disruptive innovation and learn how business can flourish by adopting a culture of change and transformation.

Businesses are facing an unprecedented amount of opportunities and risks. Organizations that embrace and help to drive innovation when confronted with the challenges of today will be better positioned to thrive, meet customer expectations and achieve better results for employees and shareholders.

Led by Chris Dudley, Director of Entrepreneurship at Seneca, this workshop will explore what disruptive innovation is, define factors of change, and teach participants how to embrace the evolving nature of today’s business world and respond positively to achieve growth and success.
